PM Modi shouts out Hanumankind—Indian martial arts go global with ‘Run It Up’!
Hanumankind, aka Sooraj Cherukat, is a Kerala-born rapper blending hip-hop with cultural storytelling, making waves in India’s rap scene.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be seen in an all-new avatar on August 12 and yes, it is not something usual.
Viewers across the globe will get to see PM Modi with a raft and a spear, learning the tricks of survival in an episode of Man vs Wild, the popular television programme on Discovery Channel, alongside the show host Edward Michael Grylls, popularly known as Bear Grylls.

The programme, aimed at creating awareness about animal conservation and environmental change, will be aired at 9 pm on August 12.

The programme can be seen by viewers in 180 countries.
“People across 180 countries will get to see the unknown side of PM @narendramodi as he ventures into Indian wilderness to create awareness about animal conservation & environmental change,” tweeted a super-excited Grylls.
He also shared a clip featuring the promos of the much-awaited episode wherein Modi and Grylls are seen undertaking “an epic adventure of a lifetime”.

The announcement comes on the occasion of International Tigers Day, celebrated each year on July 29.
Earlier, Bear Grylls had tweeted that he would be making a big announcement on Monday adding that the show would get to take “one of the world’s most powerful leaders into the wild”.
