Over 15.29 crore voters will be eligible to cast their votes in Uttar Pradesh in the coming Lokb Ssbha elections in 80 parliamentary seats.

The state electoral officer on Tuesday released the final voter list of UP.

There is an increase of around 26 lakh voters during the revision that took place between October 27 and January 22.

There are now 1,62,012 polling booths in the state. These booths have been built in more than 92,000 polling stations.

The total number of voters in UP has reached 152924062.

Over 15.57 lakh new voters in the age group of 18 to 19 have been enrolled this time.

A total of 5703304 new voters were enrolled the campaign, in which 2577967 were men, 3124901 women and 436 third gender.
