Renowned playback singer P Jayachandran passes away at 80
Legendary playback singer P Jayachandran passed away on Thursday at a private hospital in Thrissur. He was 80.
Two Army personnel were electrocuted in the 3 Advance Base Workshop at Udhampur on late Monday night.
Both reportedly died on the spot due to the electric shock.

The deceased soldiers have been identified, P Jaipal Reddy of Anantpur district in Andhra Pradesh and Vasudevan of district Ramanathapuram in Tamil Nadu.

The postmortem was conducted in the military hospital on Tuesday, said sources.
