Talking to reporters, Sisodia said, “Abiding by the Supreme Court’s orders is my priority. The Supreme Court has said in its order that I have to go to the ED and CBI offices every Monday and Thursday between 10 am and 11 am and mark my presence. So in the morning, I first went to the CBI office and then to the ED office. There I met the investigating officers of both agencies.”
The former Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia was in Tihar Jail for the last 17 months.
Meanwhile, the AAP said, “The BJP central government had put Manish Sisodia in jail by fabricating a fake scam as part of a political conspiracy. In this matter, both ED and CBI have registered a case and the investigation is ongoing. ”
“In the investigation going on for the last two years, both the central investigation agencies have not found a single evidence against Manish Sisodia. Even after this, he had to remain in jail for 17 months. On August 09, while hearing the case, the Supreme Court granted regular bail to Manish Sisodia with some conditions,” it said.
One of those conditions is that he has to go to the offices of both the investigating agencies and mark his presence every Monday and Thursday, it added.
