The State Bank of India’s official website and mobile application YONO are down since Monday morning, causing inconvenience to thousands of customers who are now taking to social media to express their displeasure.
The bank’s customers are unable to perform transactions like money transfer, credit card payment etc. online via net banking or through the app.

The customers have started complaining about their experiences on Twitter and other social media platforms. Not just being unable to perform the monetary transactions, the users are not able to even reach the official website, where they could lodge complaints.

No official communication on the matter has been put out by the bank yet.
While the app keeps the users waiting for a long time to log in before throwing up an error message, the website displays an exception saying that either the service is temporarily unavailable or it is overloaded or under maintenance.
