UP gets 43.34 tonnes of oxygen from Bokaro
Few days back, the Durgapur Steel Plant (DSP) of Sail has also announced to supply 34 tonnes of medical oxygen for Covid-19 purpose.
SAIL recruitment 2019: Steel Authority of India Limited has released an official notification inviting candidates for Overman, Mining Sirdar and other Posts. Interested candidates should apply online on the official website by March 10, 2019.

Academic qualification:
• Overman: Interested candidates should have Matriculation with 03 years Diploma in Mining Engineering from a Govt. recognised Institute with minimum 50% aggregate marks.
• Mining Sirdar: Interested candidates should have Matriculation from a Govt. recognised Institute with valid Mining Sirdar’s Certificate of Competency from DGMS under CMR (for Coal Mines), along with valid Gas Testing & First-Aid Certificate.
• Surveyor: Interested candidates should have Matriculation with 03 years full-time Diploma in Mining & Mine’s Survey from a Govt. recognised Institute with minimum 50% aggregate marks.
Age limit:
• Interested candidates should fall in the age limit of 18 to 28 years old.

• Overman (General/OBC): Rs 250
• Mining Sirdar (General/OBC): Rs 150
• Surveyor (General/OBC): Rs 250
Selection Procedure:
• The selection of the candidates will be done on the basis of Written Test and Skill Test / Trade Test.
