Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi on Thursday greeted the Parsi community on the occasion of Navroz or Parsi New Year.
“Navroz Mubarak to all our Parsi brothers and sisters. May this new year bring happiness and prosperity for all,” he tweeted.

The Parsis in India, known to be the single largest group of the Zoroastrian religious community are celebrating the Persian New Year on Thursday even though Zoroastrians across the world celebrated the New Year on 21 March.
The Parsis migrated from Persia when they were invaded by Islamic armies in the seventh century.
