North Bengal BJP MLAs in Delhi to push for development
A delegation of 10 BJP MLAs from north Bengal is currently in Delhi, engaging with Union ministers to push for development initiatives and address key regional concerns.
The interested candidates will have to give a written test (MCQ type) and then selected candidates will then be called for Personality Test.

The Public Service Commission, West Bengal (PSCWB) has released a recruitment notification to fill 957 vacancies for the posts of Sub-Inspector in the Subordinate Food & Supplies Service (Grade-III) under Food and Supplies Department, Government of West Bengal, 2018. The application process will start from tomorrow.
The candidates will need to apply online on the official website of the Commission, http://pscwbapplication.in/ once the application process starts.

The applicant must be between 18 to 40 years.
The selected candidates will be eligible to receive a monthly pay of Rs 5400 – Rs 25200
The application fee for General/Obc candidates is Rs. 110. There is no fee for SC/ST candidates.

The candidates who get selected in the MCQ will then be called for Personality Test.

A horrific train accident occurred in Barhait, Sahibganj district, Jharkhand, at around 3:30 AM on Tuesday when two coal-laden freight trains collided head-on. The crash resulted in the tragic death of two drivers, who were burnt alive, while five others sustained severe injuries.
Tension continued in Mothabari in West Bengal's Malda district, where communal attacks took place last week. The state police have claimed to have made 57 arrests in this connection so far.
