President Ram Nath Kovind, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Vice President M Venkaiah Naidu, and Union Home Minister Amit Shah paid tributes to Bharat Ratna Babasaheb Ambedkar on his Mahaparinirvan Diwas.

President Ram Nath Kovind tweeted, “हमारे संविधान के प्रमुख शिल्पी, देश की वित्त व विधि-व्यवस्था तथा समग्र विकास को दिशा देने वाले, समता और न्याय पर आधारित समाज व शासन प्रणाली के लिए आजीवन संघर्षरत रहे महान राष्ट्र-निर्माता बाबासाहब बी आर आंबेडकर के महापरिनिर्वाण दिवस पर उनकी पुण्य-स्मृति को सादर नमन।

आज, हम सभी देशवासी, उनके द्वारा सुझाए गए संविधान-सम्मत रास्तों पर चलते हुए, आर्थिक और सामाजिक न्याय, अवसर की समता तथा बंधुता के आदर्शों को साकार करने का संकल्प लें।”

Vice President M Venkaiah Naidu tweeted, “हमारे संविधान के शिल्पी बाबा साहब डॉ. भीमराव अम्बेडकर के महापरिनिर्वाण दिवस पर सादर नमन! सामाजिक-आर्थिक रूप से समावेशी लोकतंत्र का जो सपना उन्होंने देखा था, उसे साकार करना हम सबका कर्त्तव्य है।”

Union Home Minister Amit Shah, paying tributes to Bharat Ratna Babasaheb Ambedkar on his Mahaparinirvan Diwas tweeted, “I bow before Babasaheb on his Mahaparinirvan Diwas, who gave the nation a futuristic and all-encompassing Constitution that paved the way for development, prosperity and equality in the country.”

“Following the footsteps of Bababsaheb, the Modi Government is committed to work for the welfare of deprived sections who have been excluded from the development process for decades.”
