The prime minister has been keenly promoting the International Yoga Day on social media.
In a tweet on March 25 he said: “In less than a hundred days, the world will mark the #4thYogaDay. I urge you all to think about ways to make this year’s Yoga Day memorable and one that inspires maximum people to embrace Yoga.”
Along with the tweet, he shared the first 3D animation of him practicing the “Trikonasana” (the triangle posture). Modi had declared that he would be sharing a “set of videos” periodically on social media.
Available in English and Hindi with the assurance of adding more languages, the videos cover all important yoga postures with instructions on how to perform them.
