Prime Minister Narendra Modi is scheduled to address two rallies in poll-bound Jharkhand on Monday.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday praised the Suposhit Maa (Healthy Mother) initiative of Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla.
Birla inaugurated the Suposhit Maa Abhiyan in Ramganjmandi area of Kota, Rajasthan. The goal of this initiative is to keep every mother and child healthy.
Responding to a tweet by the Speaker, the Prime Minister tweeted: “An inspiring initiative from the honorable Lok Sabha Speaker ji! In this lies the prosperity of the entire family, along with a healthy mother and child, and this is the cornerstone of a strong society.”

Launching the initiative, the Speaker had tweeted that its objective was that every mother and her infant child should be healthy. The campaign would continue until the objective was fully achieved, he said.
