A delegation of the Parliamentary Standing Committee on Defence on Sunday visited Pokhran field firing near Jaisalmer and witnessed integrated fire power demonstration.
MPs saw the deployment of versatile and indigenously manufactured weapon systems and their use in simulated battlefield conditions with devastating effect on the targets.
They also reviewed the existing and planned infrastructure development in the ranges for adapting to the future requirements of training by the Indian Army, a defense spokesman said here.
