The ruling BJP has wrested the prestigious Milkipur ( Reserved) assembly seat in Ayodhya in the bypolls as its candidate Chandrabhan Paswan defeated his nearest SP candidate Ajeet Prasad by a record margin of 61,710 votes in a direct contest.
