BJP misusing police in Milkipur assembly bypolls in its favour: Akhilesh
Samajwadi Party President Akhilesh Yadav alleged that the BJP was misusing police force and officials in the Milkipur assembly bypolls in Ayodhya in its favour.
All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM) president Asaduddin Owaisi on Wednesday called Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav "anti-Muslim leader".
"People have to decide whom to believe when a father has said so about his own son," Owaisi said, addressing a rally in Pathardeva.

Owaisi was referring to a statement that former Samajwadi Party president Mulayam Singh Yadav made earlier saying 'his son Akhilesh was anti-Muslim'.

The AIMIM leader also took a jibe on the Prime Minister Narendra Modi and alleged that both he and Akhilesh were hand in glove with each other against the Muslims community in UP.
During the rally, the 47-year-old politician mentioned about the work his government did in Telangana, despite being in minority.
The AIMIM has just seven legislators in the constituency, though they started 70 residential schools for Muslims to study, Owaisi claimed.
"Over 12,000 students are enrolled here and food, uniforms and other facilities were available free of cost," he added.
