On July 25, the NIA had arrested Ali from Handwara, and recovered arms and ammunition as well as a large quantity of incriminating material from him.
“During investigation, it was revealed that both the accused persons provided material and logistic support to Ali soon after he infiltrated into Indian territory,” the agency said.
The counter-terror probe agency said that it will seek transit remand of the accused and will bring them to Delhi for further questioning.
