President Ram Nath Kovind on Friday greeted the National Cadet Corps (NCC) on its 69th anniversary and said that the organisation has played a key role in transforming Indian youth into “agents of change”.

In a tweet, Kovind said: “Greetings to cadets and staff of the NCC on its 69th anniversary. NCC has nurtured the youth of India to become responsible citizens and become agents of change.”
