Two soldiers die in line of duty in Ladakh
Two junior commissioned officers (JCOs) of the army died in the line of duty in Ladakh, according to the Fire and Fury Corps.
The spokesman of the Meteorological Department said that the epicentre of the earthquake was in Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK).

The Union Territory of Ladakh was hit by a medium intensity earthquake measuring 5.3 hit ton Sunday, officials said.
The quake occurred at 10.54 am at a depth of 10 kilometre, according to the National Centre for Seismology (NCS).

According to the spokesman of the Meteorological Department, the tremor lasted for a few seconds.

The spokesman further said that the epicentre of the earthquake was in Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK).
The panic stricken people rushed out of their houses after the tremor , a police official said,
There was no immediate report of any casualty or damage.
