59 cases of HMPV virus reported in India from Jan 6 to 29: MoS
A total of 59 cases of Human Metapneumovirus (HMPV) were reported from January 6 to 29 in 11 states and Union territories.
Trinamool Congress member Mahua Moitra was on Friday expelled from the Lok Sabha over cash-for-query allegations levelled by BJP member Nishikant Dubey.
Her expulsion came following a recommendation made in this regard by the Lok Sabha Ethics Committee which tabled its report in the House earlier in the day. The report was discussed briefly in the House before action was initiated against Moitra.
