Leopard wreaks havoc at wedding ceremony in Lucknow
Forest Department officials managed to catch the leopard after three hours of effort during which it attacked and injured a police sub-inspector.
Efforts were underway to trace the big cat and trap it, the official said.

A leopard strayed into a residential area in Aurangabad city of Maharashtra on Tuesday morning, triggering panic among people, an official said.
The feline was spotted by some morning walkers in CIDCO area of the city around 8 am and alerted the police and forest officials, he said.

This is not the lone incident, these days the animals crossing their territories and coming into the populated areas is very common.
