Delhi Chief Minister and Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) national convenor Arvind Kejriwal on Monday moved the Delhi High Court challenging all the summonses issued to him by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) in the excise policy case.
His petition will be taken up by the high court’s division bench for hearing on Wednesday (March 20).

The chief minister’s move came after the Central probe agency issued a ninth summons, asking him to join the interrogation on March 21 in a money laundering case linked to the alleged irregularities in the now scrapped Delhi excise policy.
The AAP chief has skipped the previous eight summons sent by the ED, following which the probe agency moved to Delhi’s Rouse Avenue court and filed a complaint against the AAP chief over noncompliance with its notices.
The court, however, granted Kejriwal bail after he furnished a bail bond and a surety of Rs 15,000 each.
Meanwhile, Special Judge M K Nagpal, who was hearing the Delhi Excise policy case at Rouse Avenue Court, has been transferred to Tis Hazari Court.
District Judge (Commercial) Kaveri Baweja has been transferred to the Rouse Avenue court and will hear the cases including Delhi Excise policy and others.
