BJP takes swipe at ‘CID probe’ into missing samosas meant for CM Sukhu
Even as the state government and the CID deny any probe into the vanishing of samosas, a storm is brewing, with the opposition BJP mocking the alleged CID probe.
MP Congress chief Kamal Nath on Monday submitted a letter in the temple of Lord Mahakal at Ujjain urging the Lord to end the rule of the ‘corrupt’ BJP government of Shivraj Singh Chouhan.
Nath paid obeisance at the Mahakal temple on the occasion of ‘Sawan Somvar’ and took the letter to the temple.
Nath also told some mediapersons later that the BJP government in MP is a 50-per cent commission government. He said the BJP government is corrupt and involved in lot of scams and that is why he has submitted the letter to Lord Mahakal.

Nath also said if the Congress comes to power in the state, he would hold the first cabinet meeting at the Mahakal Lok in Ujjain.
He expressed hope that Lord Mahakal would shower blessings and the Congress government would complete its full tenure this time.
The previous Congress government led by Kamal Nath in MP had been toppled in 2020, just 15 months after coming to power in 2018.
The crucial State Assembly polls in MP are due in November this year.
