K Kavitha conspired with Kejriwal, Sisodia for getting favours in Delhi excise policy: ED
The ED on Monday said BRS leader K Kavitha along with others conspired with top leaders of the AAP like Arvind Kejriwal and Manish Sisodia for getting favours in the Delhi excise policy-formulation and implementation.
According to its probe findings, the central agency has claimed in its statement on Monday that, “In exchange of these favours, she was involved in paying Rs. 100 Crore to the leaders of AAP,” the probe agency said.
BRS leader Kavitha was arrested on Friday by the ED in the Delhi liquor policy alleged scam.

The Special PMLA Court, New Delhi remanded her for ED custodial interrogation for a period of seven days till March 23.
According to the probe agency, a search was also conducted at the residence of Kavitha in Hyderabad on Friday.
As per the probe agency, till date, it has conducted searches on 245 locations across the country including Delhi, Hyderabad, Chennai, Mumbai and other places.
The ED further said 15 people, including Manish Sisodia, Sanjay Singh and Vijay Nair, from AAP have been arrested in the case so far.
Meanwhile, the BRS leader had termed her arrest “illegal.”
“My arrest is illegal,” she had told reporters at the court.
