The Supreme court, on Monday, asked a lawyer, who is seeking to declare sinking of areas in Joshimath as a national disaster, relief and compensation to affected people, and halt the construction of Tapovan Vishnugad Hydro Electric, to mention his plea for urgent hearing on Tuesday (January 10).
