Ongoing wet spell reduces rain deficit in J-K by 15%; Ladakh gets snow
The current wet spell across Jammu and Kashmir is due to a Western Disturbance which has reduced the rainfall deficiency by 15 percent.

Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front (JKLF) Chairman Muhammad Yasin Malik was on Monday arrested in Jammu and Kashmir’s Budgam district.
JKLF sources said Malik was on his way to Nagam in Budgam district to attend the funeral of slain Hizbul leader Yasin Yatoo when police intercepted him.

“He has been taken to the Chadoora police station,” a JKLF source said.
