14 Maoists neutralized in Dandakaranya region along Chhattisgarh-Odisha border
Security forces have dealt a significant blow to the Maoist insurgency in the dense Dandakaranya region along the Chhattisgarh-Odisha border.
There were reports of a JAKLI soldier having been abducted from his home in Qazipura village of Budgam on Friday.
The Army said on Saturday JAKLI soldier Mohammad Yaseen, who was reported to have been abducted by terrorists, was “safe”. An Army spokesman said the soldier was safe and the reports were “incorrect”.
