The consecration ceremony of Ram temple in Ayodhya was held on Monday in the presence of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath.
Also accompanied by RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat in the sanctum santorum of the temple, PM Modi performed rituals of the temple’s ‘pran-pratishtha’ and unveiled the eyes of Ram Lalla’s idol.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi arrived at the temple complex with a Silver Chhatra (Silver umbrella) for Ram Lalla.

Eminent leaders of the country were invited for the inauguration of Ram temple. Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, Yogi Adityanath greeted devotees and guests who arrived for the consecration ceremony.

PM Modi was presented with a souvenir of the Ram Mandir by CM Yogi Adityanath after the inauguration rituals (Pran Pratishtha) were over.
Bollywood celebrities like Amitabh Bachchan, Abhishek Bachchan, Alia, Bhatt, Ranbir Kapoor, Katrina Kaif, Vicky, Kaushal, Ramcharan, Kangana Ranaut also attended the inauguration ceremony of Ram Temple in Ayodhya.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi emphasised the role of cricket that serves as a unique bond connecting India with the Caribbean during his interaction with several cricket personalities from the West Indies.
The initiative aims to develop Shringverpur Dham, the capital of the kingdom of Lord Ram's devoted follower Nishadraj, as a hub for rural, religious, and spiritual tourism. This would add new dimensions to the cultural and spiritual heritage of the region.
