SC’s no to entertain PIL for action against hate speeches
The PIL petition - the Hindu Sena Samiti. – has sought directions for action by the central government against those making provocative speeches.
The Rajasthan CM said this would give a lesson to others not dare to think of indulging in such a crime against women.
Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot said here on Thursday that if he could, he would have got rapist tonsured and paraded him in the market to give a lesson to others not dare to think of indulging in such a crime against women.
“Mera bus chale to main rapist ke baal katvakar bazaar mein logon ke beech parade karaoon. Sharm ayegi to baki log bhi aisa karne se darenge.
“There is a legal restriction by the Supreme Court that they (rapists) should not be handcuffed. In such a situation, a cop used to take them by holding his wrist,” Gehlot explained.

When asked to comment on paper leak controversy, Gehlot said, “The paper leak gang is working in every state. Be it UP, Bihar, Madhya Pradesh, or even in Rajasthan. But in our state we take immediate action, arrest the accused and also ensure legal action against the employees of the education department and service commission organising the papers”.
On BJP’s Jan Aakrosh Rath Yatra, Gehlot said it turned out to be a flop show of the BJP…the party itself is flopped…once they announced to defer the Yatra, and after two hours, they resumed…now they (BJP) organising a lady dance (as appeared in a video which went viral) to attract the crowd.
The Congress government has no anti-incumbency and it will be repeated in this year’s assembly polls, Gehlot claimed.
