Delhi police tracks 311 missing children this year
Operation Milap is an initiative of the city police to unite the missing and kidnapped children with their families
The accused has been identified as Aslam Khan, 40, who was wanted in a case of cheating a woman of 3000 Euro by impersonating police officers along with his three associates in Greater Kailash area.
In a chase to nab a hit and run accused, a police team of Greater Kailash Police Station ended up nabbing an absconding Iran national, wanted in a cheating case of South Delhi.
The accused has been identified as Aslam Khan, 40, who was wanted in a case of cheating a woman of 3000 Euro by impersonating police officers along with his three associates in Greater Kailash area.

At his instance, one grey colour car having a fake number plate, one white colour car without number plate, one army cap, one police cap, one mobile phone, six fake number plates of different vehicles and one map of India were recovered.

Deputy Commissioner of Police, South Delhi, Chandan Chaudhary said that during the initial investigation in the cheating case, two accused persons involved in the crime – Mohammed Unus and Mohammed Gulam Behrami – both Iran nationals – were arrested earlier.
Search for the remaining accused was carried out by the team of Inspector Ajit Kumar under the supervision of Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP), Defence Colony, Arun Kumar Chauhan. Police team was trying to trace both the absconding accused based on technical surveillance.
Meanwhile, on December 2, at about 7.30 pm, Assistant Sub-Inspector (ASI) Major Hussain spotted a grey colour car driven by a suspicious looking Irani person. He acted swiftly and tried to obstruct the way of the alleged car by placing his scooty at an E-Block red light, but the car hit the scooty and tried to escape.
On the information about the incident by the cop, other team members of Greater Kailash police station rushed towards BRT Road and joined the chase to nab the accused. At the red light of Kotla Arya Samaj Mandir, the police team succeeded in intercepting the alleged car and apprehending him. The accused car driver was identified as Aslam Khan, who confessed to his involvement in the cheating case.
