Dua Padukone Singh: Deepika-Ranveer share 1st glimpse of their daughter
Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh share the first glimpse of their newborn daughter, Dua, on Diwali, expressing love and gratitude in a heartfelt post.
After a Meerut-based Thakur leader offered `5 crore to anyone who beheads Padmavati director Sanjay Leela Bhansali and actress Deepika Padukone, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader from Haryana Suraj Pal Amu backed the call.
Amu, who is chief media coordinator for BJP Haryana and president of Haryana Football Association and Haryana Gymnastics Association, during a conversation to a media channel said, “The member of Rajput community from Meerut has announced to give `5 crore but if we have to give `10 Core bounty for beheading Deepika, Bhansali, we will give by collecting it from public and would take care of the family of the one beheading them.”
We know very well how to treat the ones who insults the Rajput community, the leader said. Earlier a BJP minister from Haryana, Vipul Goel had written a letter to the Union Information & Broadcasting Minister Smriti Irani requesting her to ensure required amendments in the film before its release as it has been alleged that the movie distorts historical facts.

Another Haryana Minister Anil Vij has already announced that they would not let the film to be released in Haryana. Vij has said that the maker of the movie Bhansali has not only dented the image and honour of Rani Padmavati in his movie but has also violated the Indian law against the Satipratha.
Featuring Deepika Padukone as Padmavati, Shahid Kapoor as Maharawal Ratan Singh and Ranveer Singh as Sultan Alauddin Khilji, the film is set for release on 1 December.
Before the release, the movie has attracted a lot of controversy over the allegations pertaining to distorting of historical facts. After threats against the film, release date has been deferred.
