Vistex software Founder, CEO and chief architect Sanjay Shah died while company president Raju Datla was badly injured at an event organised to celebrate the silver jubilee of the company at Limelight Garden in Ramoji Film City.

The specially designed wooden stage was being lowered from a height when the wires on one side of the stage broke and it collapsed. Both the injured were taken to a corporate hospital at Malakpet where Shah succumbed to his injuries this morning. Raju, who sustained a head injury, was still critical. A case has been booked against the RFC management at Abdullapurmet police station by an employee of the software company.
