In a major road accident in Hapur district of Uttar Pradesh, four people died when their car fell into a road-side pond late on Wednesday night.
Police said the accident took place near Kamruddin village under Kapurpur police station area of Hapur.
All the four occupants of the car died in the accident. With the help of divers, the police took out the four dead bodies and the car.
The deceased , who were coming to Hapur from Ghaziabad , have been identified as Rahul, Harun, Shokeen, residents of Samana village and originally from Bulandshahr district and Arun, currently living in village Kakrana in Hapur.
All the occupants of the car used to work as parking contractors at Vedanta Farm House in Ghaziabad.
