DU admissions 2019: The online registration process for the Delhi University admissions for the undergraduate courses began from May 30 onwards. All the candidates who want to register online should do so on the official website- www.du.ac.in by June 14, 2019.

From this year, National Testing Agency will conduct entrance test for admissions into various courses.

According to the official website, “The National Testing Agency (NTA) has been entrusted with the conduct of University of Delhi Entrance Examination 2019 for Admissions to Entrance based Undergraduate Courses.”

DU admissions 2019: Examination dates

The entrance examinations will be conducted from June 30, 2019 to July 6, 2019. The syllabus for the entrance tests has also been published on the official website. 

The Undergraduate Courses for which the Entrance test will be conducted by NTA are as follows:

  • B.A. (Hons.) Business Economics
  • Bachelor of Management Studies
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (Financial Investment Analysis)
  • B. Tech. (Information Technology and Mathematical Innovations)
  • B.A. (Hons.) Humanities and Social Sciences
  • Bachelor of Elementary Education
  • Bachelor of Science in Physical Education, Health Education & Sports
  • B.A. (Hons.) Multimedia and Mass Communication
  • Five Year Integrated Programme in Journalism

Examination Pattern:

  • The written entrance test will be of two hours duration, and will consist of multiple choice questions that will evaluate the aptitude of the applicants through areas as relevant to each subject.
  • The total number of questions will be100. Each correct answer will get a score of plus 4 marks, each wrong answer will get a score of minus 1 mark and a question not answered will get a score of zero marks.
