DMRC recruitment 2018: The Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) has announced an official notification to hire candidates for the position of General Manager. Applications have been invited from candidates who have done LLB, LLM.

Candidates should note the last date to apply is September 20, 2018.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION

Interested candidates should hold a Bachelor of Law or LLB with minimum 55 per cent marks/equivalent CGPA from a university/institute recognised by the government. A masters degree in law will be desirable.

Important information

Candidates should not be more than 55 years of age.

The candidate will be required to oversee all the legal matters of the corporation. He will also be required to look after all arbitration matters and all other matters of conciliation before different authorities.

Candidates will be selected on the basis of interview and a medical examination. Candidates can apply latest by September 20, 2018.

1. The Delhi Metro Rail Corporation Limited (DMRC) was registered on 3rd May 1995 under the Companies Act, 1956 with equal equity participation of the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi (GNCTD) and the Central Government to implement the dream of construction and operation of a world-class Mass Rapid Transport System (MRTS).

2. Presently, the Delhi Metro network consists of about 296 Km with 214 stations. The network has now crossed the boundaries of Delhi to reach NOIDA and Ghaziabad in Uttar Pradesh, Gurgaon, Faridabad and Bahadurgarh in Haryana.
