The City and Industrial Development Corporation (CIDCO) on Thursday published the list of winners of the CIDCO lottery results 2019 for 1,100 lower income group (LIG) and economically weaker section (EWS) homes in Navi Mumbai under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana.

The CIDCO lottery 2019 complete list of winners was published at 6 pm on the official websites lottery.cidcoindia.com and cidco.maharashtra.gov.in.

When CIDCO lottery results were announced in October 2018, as many as 1,100 homes of the total 14,838 CIDCO homes remained unsold. These houses are located in Navi Mumbai’s Ghansoli, Kharghar, Taloja, Kalamboli and Dronagiri near Uran.

A total of 73 persons won in the EWS category, with an equal number listed in the Waiting List. The highest, 20, winners were in the 22-Taloja EWS.
Among the LIG, the highest number of homes, 224, were allotted in 27-Taloja. A total of 1027 houses were allotted to winners in the LIG category.
The LIG houses come with a total built-up area of over 56 square metres and a carpet area of over 29 sq m. The EWS houses will have a built-up area over 48 sq m and carpet area above 25.81 sq m.
Steps to check CIDCO lottery results 2019 online:
– Log on to the official website i.e. www.cidco.maharashtra.gov.in, lottery.cidcoindia.com
– Click on the tab “view lottery result” or “Login”
– Enter required information in the blank space i.e. application number/ticket number
– Submit the details online and result will be available on the screen.

Only four applications were rejected by CIDCO. Three of those applications were rejected on the ground that they applied in a different income group. One applicant was rejected because it was filed had an incorrect income group.
