The draw for 1,100 homes under the City and Industrial Development Corporation (CIDCO) will be held on 14 February 2019.

According to Times Now, over 2 lakh people had applied for 14,838 CIDCO homes. At the time of announcement of lottery results in October 2018, 1,100 homes had remained unsold.

The houses are located in Navi Mumbai’s Kharghar, Ghansoli, Taloja, Kalamboli, and Dronagiri.
Registration for the homes had started on 1 January and will end on 30 January. Reports say that over 3,000 people have filed their applications so far.
The New Year sale of the houses are reserved for economically weaker (EWS) and lower income groups (LIG) from among the general public.
While Ghansoli is located in Navi Mumbai, Taloja, Kharghar and Kalamboli in Panvel and Dronagiri are near Uran.
