The Chhattisgarh Pavilion at the India International Trade Fair in Pragati Maidan, New Delhi, has become a big draw for visitors thanks to Hakka noodles made of Ragi and Poha made of Kodo, Kutki – a type of millet.

The Chhattisgarh herbal stall at the pavilion is offering a wide range of healthy, gluten-free products to visitors. The stall offers healthy cookies, laddoos, flour, flax, pasta, noodle, and Poha and is made of Kodo, Kutki, Ragi, etc., ranging from Rs 100 to Rs 500 per pack.

Apart from these, herbal products of Triphala, Mahua laddoo, Chyawanprash, Chironji, Sanitizer, Bhringraj oil, honey, and cashew are also available at Chhattisgarh stalls. Millets are nutritious, non-glutinous, and are not acid-forming foods, making these products very easy to digest.
