Stressing on the policy of “Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas, Aur Sabka Prayas”, Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai has said the state government is a double-engine and now, development will pace up at full speed.
”The state government has initiated the process to provide 18 lakh houses to the eligible beneficiaries of the state. Yesterday, the amount for the beneficiaries of this scheme was also released. Chhattisgarh would play a crucial role in fulfilling Modi’s aims for a developed India by 2047,” he said during a meeting with all departmental secretaries in his residence office on Monday to discuss the action plan for creating the vision document “Amritkal: Chhattisgarh Vision@2047″.
Chief Minister Sai stated that the Modi government cares about villages, the poor, tribals, farmers, women, and youth and the PM has directed the same to the Chhattisgarh Government.
”Modi’s Guarantee is the pathway for the prosperity and well-being of Chhattisgarh. Chhattisgarh Government is fulfilling every promise made to the people of the state one by one. He further shared that his government’s prime focus is on the Bastar and Surguja regions. .. The state government has devised a development strategy that ensures that local resources will benefit local people,” he said.
Chief Minister Sai stated that under the Mahtari Vandan Yojana, the state government disbursed the first installment of Rs 1,000 to more than 70 lakh eligible women in the state on March 10. The state government has disbursed a total amount of Rs 655 crore under this scheme and will provide Rs 1000 to all eligible beneficiaries every month without any hassle.
He also announced that tendupatta will be procured at a rate of Rs 5500 per standard bag. “Our government has fulfilled one more of Modi’s Guarantees, it will benefit 12.50 lakh tendupatta collectors in the state,” he said.
Chief Minister Sai, also Chairman of the State Planning Commission, stated to identify the state’s strengths and devise effective strategies and action plans for expected progress, a vision document titled “Amritkal: Chhattisgarh Vision @2047” is planned to be released on the upcoming State Foundation Day on November 1, he said.
Based on this, relevant departments will ensure significant progress in their respective sectors, playing a crucial role in realizing the vision of a developed Chhattisgarh.
The Chief Minister inaugurated the ‘Navonmesh Portal,’ an online digital platform prepared by the State Planning Commission for collecting best practices. This portal aims to effectively gather best practices in one place, which can then be adopted in other districts and departments.
Sai stated,” Our government has fulfilled one more of Modi’s Guarantees promised to the people of the state. The new rate will be effective for the Tendupatta Collection Season 2024.
Under the State Rural Livelihood Mission, the government will provide a grant of Rs 6.33 crore to 1055 self-help groups of 15 cluster-level organisations from the Community Investment Fund. This will enable 11,000 members to engage in various livelihood activities.
