The results of the Central Board of Secondary Education, CBSE, Class 12 examination was announced on 26 May at 12.30 pm. The confirmation of the announcement of the CBSE Class 12 results was made on Friday by Union Education Secretary Anil Swarup.

Students can use the following step to check the results:
Step 1: Visit the board’s official website: cbse.nic.in.
Step 2: Click on the ‘Central Board of Secondary Education CBSE Class 12th Result 2018’ option in the ‘Recent Announcements’ section.
Step 3: Enter details such as roll number and press ‘submit’ to access results.
Step 4: Check results, download and take a print out.
Search engine giant Google has also partnered with the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) to make finding results and other exam-related information easier and reliable on its platform, which can be accessed directly on the search page using keywords like ‘CBSE results’, ‘CBSE class 10 results’, ‘CBSE class 12 results’.
As per the Central Board of Secondary Examination (CBSE), this year a total of 16,38,428 and 11,86,306 students had registered for examination this year for Class 10 and Class 12 respectively. For Class 12, 11,86,306 candidates had registered and the exams were held at 4,138 centres in India and 71 centres outside the country.
The CBSE had held re-examination for Class 12 economics paper throughout the country on April 25.
