Police recover explosives found in Birbhum
District Enforcement Branch (DEB) of Birbhum district police has seized huge quantities of explosives from an abandoned house in Hastikadi Forest area under Rampurhat police station.

The cache includes Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs), Chinese grenade, hand grenades, detonators, mobile phones, battery 12-volt, safety fuse wire, cordex wire, safety fuse, black explosive, white explosive, circuit wire etc.

Acting on specific inputs, police in Anantnag arrested one Muzamil Ahmad Dar (22), a resident of Bargam Tral and recovered explosive materials. A case under relevant sections of law was registered at PS Bijbehara.
The arrested person was in touch with the other terrorists of JeM planning terror attacks in the country.
