BJP national general secretary and Uttarakhand in-charge Dushyant Gautum on Thursday called the Opposition bloc INDIA a bunch of dogs who bark on each other but unite to shout at catcher when latter comes to cage them.
The BJP leader alleged that they (the INDIA bloc parties) were trying to divide people on regional, caste, communal and religious lines.

Addressing party workers in Dehradun, Gautum said, “They (the INDIA bloc parties) are like a group of dogs of a colony who keep barking and shouting at each other persistently. However, when the vehicle comes to catch and cage them, they come together to bark at the vehicle owner.”
“This analogy may appear strange, but the idea is to understand the behaviour of India alliance political parties,” he added.
Gautum was in Dehradun for virtual inauguration of the BJP offices for the all five Lok Sabha constituencies in the state.
He pointed out that INDIA coalition parties were trying to divide the country on religion, caste, regional and communal lines while Prime Minister Narendra Modi was doing everything to keep the nation united not only ideologically but also by implementing welfare and developmental schemes uniformly without any discrimination.
The BJP general secretary said, “All Opposition parties are not coming together for the people but to protect their families. This alliance of corruption is to loot the nation. Their roads lead to the jail in Modi’s ongoing war against corruption. That’s the reason why they have come together to oppose Modi.”
