Assam TET 2019: The Department of Elementary Education, Assam has released an official notification for the Teachers’ Eligibility Test. Interested candidates should apply online on the official website-ssa.assam.gov.in by September 17, 2019.
The exam is being conducted for the Lower Primary and Upper Primary Level – 2019. The examination will be conducted on October 20, 2019.

Application fee:
• General Category candidates (Paper 1): Rs 325
• SC/ST/OBC category candidates (Paper 1): Rs 300
• General Category candidates (Paper 2): Rs 325
• SC/ST/OBC category candidates (Paper 2): Rs 300
Paper Structure:
• Paper 1 will consist of Child Development & Pedagogy, Language I, Language II, Mathematics and Environmental Studies.
• The total number of questions and marks are 150.
• Paper 2 will consist of Child Development & Pedagogy, Language I, Language II, Mathematics/ Social Studies.
