PM Modi attends 42nd convocation of Anna University in Chennai
Tamil Nadu Higher Education Minister, K Ponmudy said that the state ranks number one in higher education studies.
Anna University: Anna University has announced the revised exam dates for the examinations that were postponed due to the Cyclone Gaja. The exams that were earlier supposed to be conducted on November 15, 16 and 17 will now be conducted on November 22, December 12 and December 14, 2018.
The revised exam dates of all the postponed exams for all courses are available on the official website-www.annauniv.edu

• The exam that was scheduled on November 15, 2018 has been rescheduled to November 22, 2018
• The exam that was scheduled on November 16, 2018 has been rescheduled to December 12, 2018
• The exam that was scheduled on November 17, 2018 has been rescheduled to December 14, 2018.
The session of the examination will remain the same.
Anna University has postponed the examination due to the cyclone Gaja. Several other universities like the Puducherry university has also rescheduled the examination.

• Anna University was formed on September 4, 2018, and was named after Late Dr.C.N.Annadurai, former Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu.
• The university offers higher education in Engineering, Technology, Architecture and Applied Sciences relevant to the current and projected needs of the society.
