- The candidate should not be more than 37 years of age. However, candidates for the reserved category will get relaxation as per the norms of government.
- The applicants should carry original documents, photocopies of all relevant documents and one passport-size colour photograph

Academic Qualification:
- Candidates should have (MBBS) MD/DNB from any recognised university.
Application fee:
- General and OBC candidates have to pay Rs 1,000 for the application form.
- The SC/ST/PWD candidates do not have to pay any application fee.
