Even as polling Karnataka Assembly elections is underway, actor-turned-politician Shatrughan Sinha took to Twitter on Saturday to question the intellect of the PM Modi’s advisers.
The BJP MP from Bihar, Shatrughan Sinha’s latest barb on Prime Minister comes after PM Modi during the campaigning in Karnataka had targeted Congress’ Nehru-Gandhi family and claimed that no one from the party had bothered to visit freedom fighters Bhagat Singh and Batukeshwar Dutt when they were imprisoned during the freedom struggle.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi had received flak from opposition for his remarks during the campaigning.
Sinha in a series of tweets took to Twitter to share videos and excerpts of news segment by various channels, which had contradicted PM Modi’s claims.
While attaching NDTV news reports, Sinha asked PM Modi to refer the video to his advisers to watch, learn and substantiate themselves with facts and figures before finalising a speech.
“After all presently (at least till today) you are the Voice of Nation. The Nation has to believe in you, rely on you & rejoice in you. These ill facts only reflect the quality & quantum of education your advisors have & Sir, indirectly reflects on the highest chair,” said Sinha.
