South Indian actor Prakash Raj took a dig at Centre over the impasse in Delhi and in a veiled attack on Prime Minister Narendra Modi, asking him to instruct bureaucrats to cooperate with Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal.
In the tweet, the actor praised the Delhi CM for doing a good job.
“Dear supreme leader.. we know u r busy with Fitbit challenge..yoga n EXERCISE..can u spare a minute and take a deep breath.. look around …and instruct bureaucrats to work with Chief Minister Kejriwal…(who is actually doing a good job ) and EXERCISE your DUTY too..#justasking,” Prakash Raj tweeted.
Kejriwal’s sit-in at LG Anil Baijal’s office demanding IAS officers to end their non-cooperation with his government has entered its seventh day.
Earlier today, Kejriwal found support in former Jammu and Kashmir chief minister Omar Abdullah, besides chief ministers of four states.
On Saturday, the AAP government had witnessed massive support from four non-NDA chief ministers Mamata Banerjee (West Bengal), Pinarayi Vijayan (Kerala), HD Kumaraswamy (Karnataka) and N Chandrababu Naidu (Andhra Pradesh) – who accused the Central government of “restricting the federal system”, terming it a threat to the nation.

On Sunday, Omar Abdullah took to Twitter and wrote that a chief minister elected by the people of Delhi with an overwhelming majority was protesting, but “powers that be couldn’t seem to care less”.
“Forget the arguments & counterarguments, a CM elected by the people of Delhi with an overwhelming majority is protesting in the Lt. Governor’s residence for the last 6 days & the powers that be couldn’t seem to care less. Democracy anyone?” he tweeted.
