The official trailer of Ali Fazal’s much-awaited Netflix film House Arrest is out.
Makers shared the official trailer of the film on video streaming platform YouTube with a synopsis that read, “Karan may want to shut the door on the world but the world won’t stop ringing his doorbell. Who will he let in?”

Ali plays a person who enjoys being by himself in his house all the time. Life turns around when a friend of his drops in a package containing a dead body at his house.

There is a romantic angle involved with Shriya Pilagaonkar, playing a journalist, who comes to interview Ali in his house during his self-imposed house arrest.
Ali also shared a special note on Instagram about his journey with the film and his co-star Shriya.
“I dont know what the final product is gona be,we actors never know really.. and thats the exciting part. i can say this – we had a lot of fun filming our adventure . Its a unique one. @shriya.pilgaonkar hum dono kachaltarahega.. hehe.@jimsarbhforreal @barkhasingh0308,” he wrote.
House Arrest also features Jim Sarbha and, Barkha Singh.
