Filmmaker Karan Johar, who has been called by some as the ‘flag bearer of Nepotism’, has been targeted by trolls on social media again. It happened this time after the director unveiled the cast of his forthcoming film Takht.
Tweeple slammed Karan over the ensemble cast which includes Ranveer Singh, Alia Bhatt, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Vicky Kaushal, Bhumi Pednekar, Janhvi Kapoor and Anil Kapoor.

Some users suggested him to cast Taimur Ali Khan, Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor’s son in ‘Takht’.

Karan has previously received a lot of flak for favouring friends in his films.
Takht is produced under Karan Johar’s Dharma Production and is co-produced by Hiroo Johar and Apoorva Mehta. The film is slated to release in 2020.
