Rapper Travis Scott is back on the streets of Paris after a brief stint in police custody. Scott was detained following an incident at a hotel where he allegedly assaulted a security guard.

Local authorities have confirmed that no formal charges will be filed against Scott, as the nature of the incident was not deemed significant enough to warrant legal action. According to reports, the altercation began when Scott and one of his bodyguards were involved in a confrontation near the hotel. The situation escalated, prompting a call to the police at around 5 a.m. on Friday.

An insider close to Scott revealed that the disagreement stemmed from frustrations related to the rapper’s security. Scott had reportedly been hounded by paparazzi, which led to a heated argument with his bodyguard over the lack of support. Fortunately, no injuries were reported from the incident.

This is not Scott’s first brush with the law. Back in June, he faced arrest in Miami Beach, Florida, for disorderly intoxication and trespassing following a dispute on a yacht. He was subsequently released on bond after paying fines for the offenses.

Scott, who has been touring Europe, recently concluded the European leg of his Circus Maximus tour. The tour, which has taken him to various arenas across North America and Europe, included a notable performance at Tottenham Hotspur’s 62,000-capacity stadium in London. He was also spotted attending the Paris 2024 Olympics.

As Scott navigates these recent legal troubles, he continues to focus on his music and touring schedule. Fans and followers will be watching closely to see how this incident impacts his ongoing commitments and future appearances.
