K-drama star Go Min Si is going to lead ace writers,’ the Hong Sisters’ upcoming drama. Known for delivering spine-chilling roles in dramas like ‘The Frog’ and ‘Sweet Home’ the actress is a top star of the K-drama arena. On the other hand, the Hong Sisters- Hong Jung Eun and Hong Mi Ran are the leading K-drama writers. They have pivoted the careers of several actors. The duo has penned hits like ‘Hotel Del Luna,’ ‘My Girlfriend is a Gumiho’ and ‘Alchemy of Souls’ among others. The epic collaboration has started making waves which are sure to intensify with every new detail.
On January 9, Go Min Si’s agency Mystic Story confirmed the news in a statement. “Go Min Si will appear in the Hong Sisters’ new project. She is currently preparing for filming.” Meanwhile, details about the drama’s title and broadcast schedule remain under wraps. Her agency emphasised that no specific information is out yet. While several fans speculated it to be ‘Hotel Del Luna 2,’ the agency rebuffed them as baseless. It clarified, “It is not ‘Hotel Del Luna 2′.” While no details are available, fans are in a frenzy about the collaboration between the top talents.

However, fans expect the project to be a high-intensity narrative focusing on a bold female lead. The speculations find footing in Go Min Si’s previous stints in which she dazzled the viewers with her fierce and raw avatar. Her performances in ‘The Frog’ and ‘Sweet Home’ are a testament to her powerful roles. On the other hand, she is also known for her dynamic range and has delivered hits like ‘Love Alarm’ and ‘Youth of May.’

Moving ahead, Go Min Si is also going to star in the upcoming ENA drama ‘Your Taste’ alongside Kang Ha Neul. On the other hand, the Hong Sisters’ latest venture is the upcoming Netflix series, ‘Can This Love Be Translated?’ The rom-com stars Kim Seon Ho and Go Yoon Jung in lead roles.
