Junior NTR aka Tarak has turned 36 today. Jr. NTR is an actor, Kuchipudi dancer, playback singer and television personality known for his work in Telugu film industry. He is the grandson of Telugu actor NT Rama Rao who was also the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh. The NTR reference comes from his father’s name.

Fans are celebrating the actor’s 20-year journey in the Telugu film industry on his birthday. Special messages, memes and celebratory wishes are being circulated on the internet. Some even gathered outside his house to wish him. The Adhurs actor then appeared for his fans outside his house. Videos of the same have taken the social media by a storm.

Jr. NTR’s contemporaries like actor Rahul Vijay, cinematographer Thirunavukarasu among others posted messages and wished him on his special day.

Sharing a picture with the Jai Lava Kusa actor, Vijay wrote on Twitter, “Here’s wishing the man whom I look up to as my inspiration and all I can say is I JUST LOVE HIM ! @tarak9999 anna wish you a very happy birthday and waiting to see you as a LEADER ! WE ARE WITH YOU. #HappyBirthdayNTR.(sic)”

Nandamuri Taraka Rama Rao Jr. began his career as a child artist in 1996 with Ramayanam, which won the National Film Award for Best Children’s Film for that year. Since then, Rao has worked in 28 films.

He has also received two state Nandi Awards, two Filmfare Best Telugu Actor Awards and four CineMAA Awards.
